Format LP (Laporan Pendahuluan)

Menanti lama untuk terjun ke lapangan sesungguhnya, akhirnya bertemulah dengan Related Learning Experience (RLE) I, belajar dg buku yang hidup dengan segala realita yang ada, belajar mengaplikasikan apa yang dipelajari di kelas yaitu yang lebih suka disebut dengan dinas ke pelayanan kesehatan (Rumah sakit, puskesmas). Selesai dinas di Rumah Sakit Askep menunggu, LP, LFD. Hah LP? LP apa, baru dengar tuh makanan, makanan??? Disuruh bikin LP, tau rupanya juga gak. Untungnya ada pencerahan dari tutor. Nah dalam postingan kali ini saya mau berbagi apa yang saya dapat. Dalam laporan pendahuluan format umumnya adalah sebagai berikut:

Jangan lupa menyertakan daftar pustaka. Bila ada kesalahan dalam postingan ini mohon kritiknya (tapi tolong dikemas dengan sebagaimana norma yang ada ^^). Dan bila ada yang mau share, ada yang kurang, ada yang ingin ditanyakan (siapa tahu saya bisa bantu ^^), silahkan komentar.

Rilex ur mind and body

Sedang melalui hari yang berat? Melelahkan? Penuh tekanan? Perlu refreshing tp terjepit waktu. Aku mau kasih saran nih, mengurangi rasa lelah dengan teknik audio yaitu dg mendengarkan music, entah itu instrumental atau lagu yang kamu suka. Musik lembut buat merilexkan pikiran. Musik yg sedikit hard buat membangkitkan semangat. Kalau mau merubah suasana mood ingat prinsip magnet, yaitu harus berlawanan, artinya jangan mendengarkan lagu-lagu melow atau yang sedih-sedih bila suasana hati kamu lagi sedih, karena akan memperburuk mood kamu.
Nah ngomong-ngomong soal musik. Siang-siang begini enak juga mendengarkan lagu-lagunya westlife yang easy listening. Kali ini aku lagi seneng-senengnya dengerin tembang lawasnya westlife yang "Seasons in the sun", udah pada dengar? Bagi yang belum trus penasaran coba deh download lagunya, gak nyesel kok. =).
Yokk, nyanyi bareng. \^o^/ (bukan lagu yg ceria sih, tapi musiknya easy listening banget menurutku)
